From live herds through to fermented camel sperm, and from a large range of ungulate (and sub-ungulate, obviously) memorabilia through to the finest cuts of hump, Uncle Jamal’s Camel Farm at West Croydon is the country’s leading expert in camels and camel related products.
Guided tours of the mating sheds, abbatoir and camel sperm fermentation plant are also available Mon-Sat 9am-6pm, with special rates for school parties.
Jamal remains the biggest importer of both bactrian and dromedary meat in the UK, and if you see the Croydon stamp on your camel steaks, you know you’ve got quality.
